VKTM

VKTM is a masked dubstep and riddim project based around the handle @vktmdubz. The artist has described the name as pronounced “V I C T I M,” and the project’s identity is built around the MENTALVKTM brand. The sound is dark, aggressive bass music shaped by choppy rhythms and heavy low-end pressure.

VKTM is identified as Singapore-based and as a “Nanyang🏮🐅🇲🇾🇸🇬🌴 based e-musicians exploring genres.” By 2024, the project was already issuing original material and edits. Press coverage and event listings have consistently placed VKTM in riddim, with a style centered on choppy cadence and a wonky bassline.

Documented releases include the four-track EP Remixes, released April 6, 2024, and the single “Nocturnal” with Tape B, released November 20, 2024 on Create Music Group; the track is dubstep. Also released in 2024 were “THE LAST ONE STANDING” and SKIN, followed by “THE LAST ONE STANDING 157 VIBES” in 2025, and “UNMATCHED,” “HANDS UP,” and the remix “BE YOUR GHOST (feat. Roniit) [MAD DUBZ & VKTM Remix]” in 2026.

Live visibility has grown through Lost Lands appearances and regional bass shows. VKTM released “VKTM @ LOST LANDS 2025 (FULL SET),” and later coverage and tracklist pages documented a 2026 Lost Lands Wompy Woods set. Relentless Beats covered VKTM’s Darkstar takeover in 2025 and noted the project’s rise through official releases and stage presence, while posts from the artist pointed to touring with Mad Dubz and sets built around original material and IDs.
