Richard Finger

Richard Finger is an anonymous bass music duo based in the United States, making what it calls “unreasonably heavy dubstep.” The project presents itself as a duo with a meme-heavy visual identity and a release cadence built around joke-titled bass tracks and remixes.

The project emerged in 2024 with a run of releases that established its early catalog: “mellow man remix” and “The Birth Of Richard Finger” in October 2024, “FINGERBALL” later that month, and “Smoak and Sip Remix” in November 2024. Other early titles included “I CAN’T STOP THINKING ABOUT RICHARD FINGER???” and “EVEVERYBODY LOVES RICHARD FINGER???,” followed by releases in 2025 and 2026. The music leans into self-referential titles and remix culture rather than a traditional artist-brand rollout.

Among the more specific releases are “Levity - Front to the Back (Richard Finger remix),” released May 13, 2025, and “NOBODY CAN STOP RICHARD FINGER???,” released September 23, 2025. “A NEW SONG BY RICHARD FINGER???” is listed for March 2026. The catalog has been released directly through the project’s Bandcamp presence.

In coverage from EDM.com, Richard Finger is described as a two-producer project making noise in the bass scene and landing a Red Rocks debut early in its run. The project has also been associated with 2026 appearances at Bonnaroo and Electric Forest. The available information points to a rapidly built bass-music catalog, an anonymous duo format, and a deliberate focus on heavy dubstep and remix culture.
